A note from our founder

I'm a person who is curious, analytical and constantly taking mental notes. In my 40+ years career I have seen the real estate industry evolve. More than ever technology, information media, and entertainment are at the forefront of the real estate industry showcasing big brokerages and superstar agents as a means to provide service to the consumer. It became apparent that the industry shifted and has become more about the agent than the consumer. More compelling, there are several U.S. Federal court cases where consumers are demanding transparency and fairness within industry practices.

What I did is listen to the consumer to deconstruct what doesn't work and incorporate technology to create a simplified system that benefits our client. I'm excited and honored to share the results with you.
